Can you order normally at the counter aswell? or is it obligatory to use the kiosk? feels weird to go to a kiosk if it's late at night and theres not many or any other costumers Edit: Asking because I haven't been to mcdonalds in years and simply don't want to be accidentally rude to those who work there.

Best do as good as you can then touch pay with cash and at register ask politely to edit discounts . Or ask at register for edit order at counter your perfect order . Example sausage muffin no sausage no cheese add bacon 2x and it’s a Muffin bacon custom .

My first kiosk or big touch screen order went ok but took longer my first time . No one to order at counter . I’m going in on week day just to practice and order a bunch of items then edit change and delete . That way when others in back of me i will be faster . Also using smart phone before getting out of car . Just go with the flow and everyone will be fine .
