I live in Mandurah and was thinking of going up to Perth.... now when your video turned up i thought I'd see what kinda roadworks were happening on the freeway🤷♂️🤔 But I could tell by Mandurah that this wasn't quite as current as I 1st thought. Anyway I skipped through most of it till you were close to Perth.....and when you got of the freeway I thought you were going to drive past my old house, but you stopped at the lights a few hundred meters from it 🙄😭

@@drivewalkwithme9863I used to live in an old brick n tile house opposite a petrol station.....so if you’ve driven up Charles St I’d say you’ve definitely past my old place! It’s kinda funny. Many years ago I thought that a drivers point of view of the southwest would be a good tourist resource..... and here you are doing it! 😁👍

My younger son used to live in Midland just off Great Eastern Highway, so I have walked down to the railway station for about 1.5 km from his place. I found Midland to be a very well set up town with good bus and train connections, plenty of good shops etc. Semi-retired in Picton, South Island, NewZealand.

I really enjoyed your drive around Midland. Many years ago, we owned a business in Midvale, so I know Midland very well. I also had one or two beers in the Woodvale Pub. I like seeing the street names as it makes following on the map easier.

@@drivewalkwithme9863You know when in Fremantle you went around again, when you went up to canning high way and turned left, then at the first lights you turned left again and went up the hill, you should have turned left again at the first street, it would have taken you to a beautiful spot with views of the river, then at the end of the video you should have kept going down it would have taken to the south mole with beautiful views of the sea and the harbor, bye.
