Hey There! What a treat to find this video randomly. I watched with my wife and baby daughter this morning. It was wonderful to see you all connecting around Actually Curious. Also wonderful to hear how Lauren found the book and the game. In a time where empathy at times seems in short supply around us, it's affirming to see the tools we created doing what they were meant to do. All the best to you and your family!

It is totally amazing how a little thing like pizza boats can make an impact on someone's memories. I'm sure we have some pictures of the pirate birthday party somewhere! Simple things and lots of love can so meaningful and memorable! Thanks for tuning in Ryan!

Yes, anger is what we call a secondary emotion. It is never the first thing that you are feeling, it’s just the easiest thing to recognize when you are in that emotional state. It is not until later reflection when you can stop and think and process what it was that triggered this to happen.

Love the topic here. I never really thought too much about being selfish by nature, but it's very true! I'm a preschool teacher and always teaching the children to share and take turns. It typically starts with them saying, "I want, I want." Thinking of others and the realization that the world doesn't revolve around us is something that we learn as we grow. ✨️🙌✨️

@dreamphaery thank you for your comment! I have a feeling that being a preschool teacher gives a TON of good insight into the reason we do what we do and think the way we think. Interesting perspective

Capitol School has facials between $35-50. They are fabulous! That is where I would spend my $50 too.

My daughter loves to buy thrift store jewelry because she can repurpose it with newer pieces to make her own bracelets and necklaces. She loves searching for unique pieces.

Nothing holds a Jacks Pizza quite like a pampered chef baking stone!
