Thank you for making this. The one I bought from Amazon Prime was absolute garbage. Nothing about the regular season or the other series that led up to the World Series. I can’t wait to watch all parts. I’d love to see what you could throw together if you had access to the same resources Amazon had when they made their artistic shallow depth of field dumpster fire.

Mine was a 95 and it should probably be higher because I put yes on “used drugs stronger than marajuana” because I have. In a medical setting. And also put yes for the “thought about sensually” question cause I can’t read people’s minds so statistically someone has probably thought about me sensually? But I think I’m just misunderstanding that question.

@stann2001Ай бұрын
Not worth the money. He does not have the fan base that Ohtani has that is willing to pay for merchandise, nor does he have the sponsors that offset the salary.

Hes crazy if he thinks hes worth that much 😂😂😂
@andrewlinares9301Ай бұрын
Why he’s not worth it, he’s a cheater anyway, Dodgers did it without him….KICK ROCKS SOTO
@chrismarston4266Ай бұрын
I don’t think he’s worth 600 million. Simply put, he’s not the best player in the league nor was he the best player on his own team. I don’t think he’s worth more than judge and not worth anything near what Ohtani is worth. Obviously he’s going to get more than judge but that’s just the market. Maybe 500 million for 12ish years. But there’s a chance he gets the highest position player contract ever and never wins an MVP.

This why the royals are so damn smart getting a player the same skill level as Soto on an absolute steal of a contract
@Skinnypeen644Ай бұрын
I’d love to understand how a 15 year contract on a guy that old makes sense? Isn’t the oldest player in the league rn like 35?

Justin Turner, Max Scherzer, Justin Verlander, and Charlie Morton are all 40+
@yaniyuhara8165Ай бұрын
Where are you getting your numbers !? Soto made $578,300 in 2019, $8,500,000 in 2020, $17,100,000 in 2021, $23,000,000 in 2022 and $31,000,000 in 2024.
@rangerssavantАй бұрын
Fangraphs Dollars value stats. It takes Soto’s WAR and extrapolates it into what that performance would equate to in FA money. He made all that much, but he was worth significantly more
@chrismarston4266Ай бұрын
Not what he made, but what he would make based on his stats compared to players across the league. Those numbers are what he would be worth
@jamesalexander3837Ай бұрын
No he absolutely does NOT deserve that much money!
@TBevill1231Ай бұрын
Crazy how personal Houston made it against Texas. Heck The Rangers wanted to help them during Harvey and Houston cold shouldered them.
@rangerssavantАй бұрын
Really felt like the data backs up some unfortunate realities behind the rivalry and how Houston perceived Texas in ‘23
@mullarasstaАй бұрын
I don’t agree. Soto is worth exactly what the😅 Nationals offered him two years ago. Soto worth is between 325 and 475 million, ten year contract. He had two average seasons with the Padres and I believe his season with the Yankees was okay. He hit 41 homers in a little league ballpark. He doesn’t deserve Ohtani type of money. He is not even close to that type of player. You are telling me that he is better than Harper and Trout. Please the team that pays anything over 475 will regret it.
@RupertMumphreyАй бұрын
I’m sorry but you don’t know ball if you’re calling his seasons in San Diego average. 127 and 155 OPS+ is all you need to see to understand that. Oh and “that season in a little league park” had a 178 OPS+. Thanks for the comedic relief your comment gave me.
@rangerssavantАй бұрын
Valid opinion, but bare minimum he’s worth 515-ish. Fangraphs has an awesome explanation and stat that tracks player FA value if you’re looking to learn more into my take on things.

Dude, just like what the previous commenter said, the 2023 Texas Rangers season is impossible to talk about without the Houston Astros. If y'all had lost one more game to the Rangers or anyone else during the regular season, or if the Rangers hadn't faced the Astros in the ALCS, then yeah, it would be weird. But both of our seasons that year intertwine so heavily. It's hard to not talk about one without the other.
@KrarAlsade-oi5qoАй бұрын
Well that’s all they got in years. Let those losers have it lol.
@rangerssavantАй бұрын
@@Letsreviewsomething Extremely well put. You cannot talk about the ALCS, the final week of the season, or several other moments from 2023 without talking about Houston. It's a good thing for baseball quite honestly to have attention on both sides of this rivalry.
