I’ve been crossing paths with someone I have felt a strong drawing to for years now and we dated for a few weeks in the spring, it felt like an answered prayer but I also felt God was telling me to slow down and I didn’t listen to him, I tried to do it my way and we ended up breaking up… well I haven’t been able to forget him and everyday it is on my heart. So i pray and pray and I asked God to show me a sign if he is the one and I should continue waiting. I asked him in silence in my mind to show me and elephant and or butterflies to confirm I should wait on him. That evening I was watching a video of an artist showing his past drawings and begann to ask myself “why am I even still watching this” when I suddenly saw it.. a drawing of an elephant next to butterflies, above that my mothers favorite flower and next to the flower a couple holding hands and benieth the hands and eye that looked like my own with two tear drops. God spoke so clearly to me and now I need to trust in his will and his timing.
