just made this in a few hours and it came out so cute! had to increase the amount of rows on the crown as I used very fine wool but it still worked perfectly. I have sent this pattern to some friends to follow too as it was so cute!! going to check out your other vids for sure 🦝

And I didn't understand where you said skipping. That little gap cause I didn't like the way it looked. What gap? Also, were we counting the single crochet as a double or was I still supposed to put an extra double crochet in that same slot? So was it supposed to be a single crochet?And two double crochets or was it supposed to be single crochet and one double crochet???

This is the first pattern in which I've seen the shaping rounds. I think I'll like those for a more rounded shape at the top and less of a "pill box" top. I think you are putting the first HDC of each round into the base of the ch-2 every time; is that correct? (That's what I usually do but I can't tell from the video in some of the rounds.) Thanks Subscribed.
