Hi, sorry for the late response. I don't know a way to do it automatically. I would do it manually in Photoshop. There also the option of some amazing software that reads pdfs and create editable digital notation files (search for Newzik for iOS) Maybe you could clean the pdf and then scan it in a notation reading software to add the missing notes and slurs.
