If there is really very small competition and also high sale is it possible that we just run ppc simply on Main keyword. For example your product (stress ball) has a high competition and you require those keywords for ppc who has high search volume and sales but low competition. And in my conditions there is not much competition so i just want to run complain just on main keyword. Suggest me is it worth it or not.

Yes, it does but if conversion also increases, it helps you in ranking which can give you additional traffic and orders and eventually reduce the cost

Do you think it would be better if from the very beginning, instead of entering the broad kw "stress balls" in the amazon search bar, we enter the more specific kw to your design like "stress balls for hand therapy" and select the top 10 ASINs from there?

At the beginning, if you are familiar with relevant keywords like "stress balls for hand therapy" already then it means you have enough understanding of relevant designs, and irrelevant designs etc then i will suggest to select relevant design competitors for reverse ASIN and you can skip the part where we enter kw. The intention behind putting kw there is to get relevant results, nothing else.
