This is one of the main reasons why I’m leaving Thinkorswim for TC2000. The best traders go after top performing sectors/industries/stocks. I used TC2000 years ago and now I’m coming back home. Tks for your TC2000 videos.

Can you specify a maximum amount of fills? Eg for mean reversion with low limit orders, if I have 40 orders but want to cancel them once the first 10 are filled?

I'm not aware of any parameter that you can set for something like that. You could of course manually cancel the Basket remaining 30 orders with one click, when you notice your 10 orders have been filled, but it would require manual intervention.

Very high level and brief pros and cons: TC2000: Extremely good for scanning, finding stocks, and curating watchlists TradingView: Extremely good at providing lots of data sets (crypto, fundamental data, macro, etc.), can create more complicated technical indicators, and can create custom chart types There's much more nuance but it just depends what you really need. I personally subscribe to both.

Even though TQQQ ETF has drawbacks, it has managed to increase 18,807% since first listing back in 2010. This is a simple buy and hold return during large declines like 2020 Covid crash, and 2022 bear market. A much larger risk is to own long-term the inverse SQQQ ETF which has lost virtually 100% since first listing. With smaller position sizes and basic weekly and monthly EMA lines to determine the Nasdaq 100 trend, active investors can generate wealth with TQQQ. I use 4-week (red) and 10-week (black) EMA lines on a weekly chart to determine the trend. QQQ and SPY ETFs are still trending up so far.

You demonstrated best case (buy lowest low) and worst case (buy previous highest high) scenarios, what about dollar cost averaging daily at the open / close?

DCAing will help you elminiate worst case timing scenarios but there's too many variables to answer your question, how much? how long? when are you selling? etc. The takeaways of this video on duration of hold time and the path the market takes are still the most important pieces.

I'm with you on the short trade, but I was hoping you would give a PT. I have $234 as mine. I'm out as soon as it hits. It's also incredible how many tesla promoting channels there are on youtube. If they aren't each getting paid handsomely for their marketing, I can't imagine why anyone would start a channel for them. That is just really really bizarre.

We got two of the strongest weeks (historically) coming right up. It seems possible to trap either direction. What I've learned is that it can destroy you to be too early to short a strong bull.

Not sure if this is a new thing or not, but you need to restart TC2000 to see boards 1-8 after enabling extra boards in your settings. Otherwise you will only see the "symbol" and "scratch" boards. Hope this helps someone. Thanks for the video!

During the pre-market or after-hours trading sessions you're able to view, scan, and sort the most active stocks, but once the regular session starts, that data goes away, so you would probably want to add the stocks of interest to a watchlist during pre/post.

@@markberger5739 Afraid there's nothing (i'm aware of) that can be done within tc2000 unless they make changes to the data they make available. Might be worth reaching out to their support to see what they say, it's possible i'm overlooking something or there's a workaround they could help with since I don't regularly look at pre/post data

I haven't seen any good reasons to not hold this long term, even if you bought TQQQ in 2006, you would have a way higher than QQQ today. Even with the volatility decay
