I was born in ordsall in 1955 , I used to go to the lads club many times , 5 a side football, boxing , table tennis , tea and toast in the kitchen ,great nights , done the Mancunian walk once , into the strange place that was Manchester , couldn’t wait to be home in Salford, ta ra people

I played football there when I was a lad and I intend on taking my 2 young lads to have our picture taken and hopefully go inside and show them where I played football once SLC
