Be careful running in that heat - this summer like 400 people have died from the heat in AZ ( no kidding - real numbers ) - stay hydrated

We’re good! This was recorded in spring before it got too hot. We always carry more water and food than we need. You’re right though. Arizona’s heat is something else.

Did anybody notice how Salton Sea water is the safest way to store highly profitable zero pollution hydrogen fueled electricity, Co2 Trading Credits, minerals for cement, bricks, fish farming, halophytes, free desalinated water as exhaust from hydrogen fueled electricity and recreation especially with ocean water either from the Pacific Ocean or Sea of Cortez all gravity fed into Salton Sea, Laguna Salada and change the name of Death Valley into Life Valley with endless ocean water. .

Is there a point at which you say "it's just too #$%@! cold to run"? The tiny planet shot at 3:25 is really nice, reminds me of the Yes Fragile album cover.
@PhilandJulie8 ай бұрын
I say it almost every day and then I run on the treadmill. In all honesty, if I didn't have guests in town, I feel like I would have been happy putting in 4 or 5 loops. It felt much better moving than not moving. The wind at the start/finish line was brutal, but in the forest, it was smooth sailing.
@Robert.Sheard8 ай бұрын
I can hazard a guess, but why's it called "Hindsight"? Have you seen that small drone that's designed to hover above you and films/follows you? There must be some kind of transmitter you hold and it tracks it. I think it runs about $400. I may go that route if I do some touring again.
@PhilandJulie8 ай бұрын
Hindsight, because in hindsight, it probably wasn't worth doing. Drones are cool, but most of the places we go, they're not allowed. Parks, National Parks, inside nearly all city limits, etc. Plus people are nuts, so somebody would just shoot it down.
@Robert.Sheard8 ай бұрын
Oh boo. I wanted that to be a good possibility. @@PhilandJulie
