Can anyone tell me why Ryzen master numbers the cores from 1-8, but PBO2 and other programs use 0-7? Ryzen master shows core 1 and 2 are my fastest, so would this be 0 and 1 in other programs? Why they have to make it confusing...

i have a 5700x3d 6700xt 1440p 3200mhz cl18 my frames are capped 142. which i get constantly but my 1% lows are awful and feel bad like games smooth then feels like 60fps/hz but its not. any ideas?

My config: X870 TUF Gaming wifi plus 7800x3d 3080 rog 12gb (384-bit) 2150 core clock (overclocked) (10000 Vram clock) Vengence 6000 cl38 38 38 76 Rog 80 gold 1000w Msi q321 gaming 165hz 1440p. (MPRT) I get 140 FPS warzone, large map and 160 in Rebirth resurgence and the cpu time is on 4 and gpu time is on 6-8. I expected way better cpu time tbh when I upgraded from 12700kf and 690 p cause only 1 ms differed

Regardless disabling SMT is good for certain use cases. Lots of people still rely on heavily single threaded apps and you can get more overclocking headroom by disabling SMT. I even managed 5ghz all core on my 5800x with SMT off. Made Elden Rings frametime buttery smooth.

Worker Render Count 8 cl14 3666mhz 4x8gb tuned Aida64 Extreme latency 56.8ns I’m good but often wondered cl14 3600mhz 2x16gb overclocked and tuned but I cannot find them anywhere G Skill cl14-14-14-34 3600Mhz 2x16gb rare breed unless your on EBay where they charge an arm and a leg but with the Ryzen 7 5800X3D the 3dv cache doesn’t really matter between cl14 3600mhz 4x8gb or cl14 3600mhz 2x16gb.

Ram makes it 6% faster. But it's no big deal. Like. Wtf? At 270fps who cares, sure. At 150 dollars more. Not really worth. At 10 bucks difference. Definitely worth

So I did everything you said to do.... PBO loads with -30 cure values, but limits dont load... they reset to default values... Any idea how to fix that?

Coming from an i9 9900k to 5700x3d, it took just a motherboard change, and the difference is insane, I fully recommend this combo if you play on 1440p and 4k. I play at 4k with DLSS myself to get the desired FPS in a 4k 144hz monitor, and it works perfect for the price. My opinion is that 7800x3d and 9800x3d would be for people who need insane fps count like 360fps+

It's not the Mhz you should compare in games, it's the CL (The lower CL the more FPS)

Might be his ram is causing the stutter…

Hello, I am having random restart issues during or after streaming and gaming. I've tried undervolting before, but trying to find it best to run everything stable and Max Performance in Windows + Drivers. Any recommendations for the 7950x3d + 4080 Super with CL30 6000mhz? Ideally, I would like to run my PC 24/7 without a restart. I've ruled multiple things out in my system and updated the bios before the build and post.
