So he does not use any flea med or products period. I just ordered more for the future and for my sisters dog whose Chihuahua mix gets sick on the meds. . I highly recommend for fleas. Just make sure the Amber is raw unpolished if you buy elsewhere. For cats I suggest it should slip off their head and or a breakaway clip.

I am new to long haired dogs as we always had short hair before. We recently welcomed a Havipoo into our home. How do we avoid this matting so he doesnt have to get shaved like this? Does this matting burt the dog?

I got my Papillon from a lady who is the vice president of the Papillion club, and she groomed my Papillons feet so beautifully when I got her and I have never been able to get her feet to look like that even from the groomers here in Tennessee and when I lived in Chicago. How do you handle a Golden Retriever who *really* hates having his nails clipped. I have a dog who is chill about the dryer, random tail- pulling and everything else...but I'm embarrassed to say growls when I try to trim his nails.

Maybe they need more help in the beginning so they do not get so frustrated. Start with treat under just one row, put the bricks half over to create a little spring they can see and sniff the treat. Now it is treats everywhere so they do not know where to start. Hope it will work for your dogs.

I owned 4 Papillons up until 2 years ago. Sadly the 3 eldest ones passed away within 7 months of each other aged 15 and 16. Needless to say I was heartbroken.
