Lovely presentation except for the cold start revs - you can clearly see the engine wasn't up to temp. Seriously not cool, you're damaging the engine

The satnav was never standard. This looks to be the "Classic" trim level, which didn't have the satnav as standard. That came with the "Executive" trim level.
