Pro tip here as an ops manager: There are plenty of printers in Austin, it’ll cut into your profits not shipping from abroad but after you get the merch out to folks and have a good system internally then you can look at manufacturing abroad with third party shippers. For your run club planning make your most professional crew member the lead there and they gotta go smooch some folks at the city and rub shoulders so you guys can ball. Or hire one Ops manager to handle all the shit lol but much love y’all. And early twenties is all about “figuring it out” so figure it and do your thing

Research your producers and know there a reputable company. Sure x named company could have similar visions but if they are reputable or known then its a gamble and a gamble not worth taking. Merch can wait a little more. The transparency is always aprreciated though. Shows maturity which isnt common now adays. Keep it up yall!

keep the core tees in rotation and cycle through different colors each drop then the colors people might miss come back guaranteed in li,e 2-3 drops. Keep em separate and a chance for new core tee designs. I agree sticking to the monthly drop. more hype and chance to sell out. All these companies like supreme, darc sport, YLA, the monthly drops work the best for business model. Keep it up yall don't give up!

i feel like when it comes to products, you have to process inventory in-house. that way you are in control of when products are shipped, you can be aware of when they are delivered etc. relying on manufacturers u aren’t familiar with isn’t reliable and comes off as irresponsible to your customers. (especially for pricier products) time is money!!
