Ounce my and my family and a Copeland of other family members went camping and we walked in the forest area theme it was like a path with a lot of trees and we went to the end of it them came back but the trashcan stank

Ok so he was going maybe 30-35 I imagine to pass the truck at 25, broken lines means it's an appropriate place to pass. It was a poor choice in timing to pass when he did, close call. But slow vehicles should stay closer to the shoulder when cars behind want to pass and they should also let off their gas to give optimum space to the passing vehicle. It's courteous when you are driving under the speed limit to let others go around as easily as possible. When there are 5 or more vehicles behind you and you are going under the speed limit you must pull over(it is this way in Cali, Washington state, Oregon, Idaho and many others.) Not sure what state this was but still seem that being courteous to other drivers should go both ways. If you know you are driving much slower than the speed limit, be aware of others who want to pass and allow them to do so safely by keeping to the right of the lane so they can see oncoming traffic easier and let off your gas as they pass you.

As the t road approaches this driver passes on double yellow line. One day a vehicle will enter roadway from this t road turning left toward on coming traffic. If one passes on the double yellow , will result in deadly head on collision . Karma
