I did not make a beaded curtain. I have a cat and decided it wouldn't be the best idea to fight him everyday to not destroy the curtain. Sorry guess I should have commented on another video saying that I didn't follow through.

I did something like this with ink but it was just embossing.

If you had some card stock pieces handy you could do a quick embossing with the wet paint on the folders. BONUS decorated paper ready for cards.

@@updatedjustnow271 It was super easy. Some dish detergent, warm water and an old tooth brush does the trick. It was that easy! Shocked me it worked.

Hey Vicki, you can also do that with a stencil and sandpaper on magazine pages. It’s pretty neat!

@@franaschulte2815 I would think so but because of the stencil you might need to use something that is flexible so it goes below the stencil. Or maybe elevate your paper under the stencil so it sticks up a little bit above the stencil? Good question Frana!

Love the colors. Doesn't matter how much water -- you can see less water, darker colors, along with the length of time. Thought the baking soda on your first green sheet turned out really cool with all the bumps.

There is always loss of resolution when you scan. Don't be hard on your Epson for that. Also, you need a really good scanner (Epson) to get the best resolution. Photo Shop Elements can refine your colors even more with the filters and enhancements. Lazer color is good but still will have distortions in your colors, Any time you go from a original piece of work, scan it and print it out it will never be like the original

@@MessyTableStudio I used to sell technology and I learned to match the brand of ink with the same brand of paper. They have been designed to give you the best results. Hp has a series of printers (8100) that use high capacity ink cartridges and I buy mine on Ebay as they are a third of the cost. Don't buy any knock offs just authentic cartridges. The printer will reject and not use knock offs. I was curious about your Epson tank printer. Does it save on ink like they advertise? Is it worth my buying one?

Fun, Vickie. Love the big fat marker. Some of the sticking could be cheap printer paper and also maybe too much paint. Try removing a tad more before you pull. The Apple Barrell do better for me than the fluid acrylics in pickup prints.
