People are finally speaking up about this, I used to watch dance moms when I was younger and loved watching the kids solo dances, but now that I’m older, I never peeped onto the fact that kids like Asia and McKenzie‘s dances were lowkey sexualized🤦🏽‍♀️

STOP SEXUALIZING KIDS. booty shorts, super short crop top, shaking her butt. This is what shes doing, not dancing as a child. This is an adult dance routine, NOT A CHILDS.

Maddie was born with IT. This isn’t something fair or that can be taught… but she doesn’t rely on that.. she wasn’t born with the legs, the feet or the flexibility… and she WORKED for it… she was determined… from such a young age. When other girls were getting burnt out and crying about missing their school friends and random things… Maddie was in the dance studio running dances herself even at this young age… she wanted it… nobody had to push her. On top of that.. she’s such a natural teachers pet lol she’s a kid who wants to be perfect at all times and is a people pleaser. I would guarantee she was a teachers pet to any teacher she ever had lol just naturally.. she’s always been a bit more mature in a lot of senses… but this kid knew what she wanted from day 1 and never looked back. My god I miss watching her dance !!!

Ik i should be more mad at Asia wearing a crop top and shorts while dancing to a somewhat sexual song but my pet peeve is that it doesnt match with the suit he's wearing, ik she cant wear a dress because of the moves she performed, but there are so many options c'mon. She would've looked dazzling with literally anything else.
