These types of shoes are not suitable for finding where there are pebbles in the ground, you will feel every stone under your foot. But they are great for walking around the city. I walked 10 km in them and did not feel tired. At first you can feel some muscles because in such shoes other muscles work, walking is natural for the foot.

Do you still have all your measurements? We have the same car but are not sure than we've measured correctly 🙈

They forgot to lift the seat bottoms before folding the back seats down. If you do this you don’t need plywood and the seat backs lie flat enough to put in a memory foam mattress topper
@jasongroves91734 күн бұрын
Genius! With the hinges on the bed frame, does this allow you to put the back seats back up when you’re not using it? Thanks for the great video I’m hoping to convert mine soon 🤞
@NotAnotherAdventure3 күн бұрын
It doesn't I'm afraid. We're trying to think of a way to pack it all in the boot but that'll require a lot of hinges and I reckon it'd need more support beams to keep it strong enough. But it's worth a try I reckon!

Making lime is easy, all they had to do is burn the limestone that is all around you here in the kilns till it turns into a powder, then they chuck this into the molten iron ore, this acts as a flux to bring the slag to the surface. This is then pulled off when everything is still molten and dumped, well anywhere really. Re the 'Great white tip' near Merthyr Tydfil.

Loved this video so much!! Sending you both the best thoughts & vibes to help get you out of the funk. The post travel adventure lows are so real. I've been struggling with feeling detached from reality since moving back home. I feel like a whole new person but everyone here is still the same and it's like I lived a different life while I was away. Really messes with your head! Thanks for this peek into a more intimate side of you guys. :)

(Bunny cafe/Auschwitz/Shooting range/old town/museums/wax works/markets) Now I'm struggling for any other places to go to that offers just as much as Krakow! .. Maybe Bulgaria if I can find enough things to do!

Hello Ms Kayak! We've missed your lovely comments! We are back from AU, living in Wales at the moment before we head off again. It's such a cosy town with a lot of history and character. I am Polish and in my mid 30s, lived my whole life in Poland. Still not brave enough to visit Auschwitz. I don't like crying in front of strangers. My great grandfather died in Majdanek concentration camp. He wasn't a Jew, they were killing Poles as well and kidnapping blonde Polish children to germanize them, many were never returned to Poland. It's too hard for me.

As someone who grew up in Oamaru, there was so much of this that I didn’t know about! Have never visited the steampunk museum, or seen the Little Blue Penguins, and I didn’t know you can find hoiho (yellow-eyed penguins) in Kaitiaki. Although I do know that Shag Point, at the other end of the beach, is a good place to view seals (yes, feel free to snigger at the name). Like they say, you never do the tourist things in your own town. And when I grew up in the 1980s the harbourside precinct was derelict, we actually laughed at the idea of ever attracting tourists.

Are the laces made of cotton or a paracord type material? If their cotton you can find a good knot online and simply cut and tie them, and if it's paracord it's a simple case of a good knot and then gently melting the end with a candle flame to stop it coming fraying.
