What are vegetable chunks made of. This is my 1st time hearing of them.

I never but or use sugar anymore, I use honey and agave only. So i guess I'll use browning instead.

I come back to this recipe every 👏🏽single 👏🏽 time 👏🏽! To add some extra nutritional value, I use protein pasta & make a second base to the sauce using roasted/seasoned veggies. I usually go for sweet potato & cauliflower, occasionally honey nut squash. Once I combine it with your cheese sauce it is sooo good! Even my non-vegan family members love it and no one can tell it has blended vegetables in it 😄👍🏽 I also love to add walkers wood jerk seasoning as a secret ingredient lol. It really makes up for the flavor that vegan cheese can lack in, and it gives it a nice kick like a really good pepper jack cheese. THANK YOU! I've made this over and over again & it is currently baking in the oven AGAIN as I type this. 💜✨

As a Barbadian 🇧🇧 we are Wolof, Ife, Asante and Igbo 🇬🇭 🇳🇬 . For example, Barbados is called Bim the Igbo Nigeria 🇳🇬 call bem for "home." But, out national dish is banku 🇬🇭 or what we call coucou, a swallow made with maize 🌽 and okra. Black people in the Caribbean are a mixture of different African tribes because the White people purposely split our ancestors in an effort to prevent union, a sense of identity, and quell rebellions.

Thank you. I am from Antigua and we make Funji. Same concept. We came to the islands from the African continent so we will share a lot of the cuisine and culture. My husband is from Ghana and we always talk about the similarities in the food and the names we give them. Sorrel is made in many of the islands - it’s my favourite drink.

@lordifrit69 We have sorrel and Anansi stories in Barbados 🇧🇧 also the Caribbean. We also have conkie made in banana leaves which is kenkey 🫔 in Ghana 🇬🇭 , coucou which is like swallow or more so banku in Ghana 🇬🇭 So many similarities to West Africa 🌍
