Just buy an all aluminum radiator for a car, no need for building a heat to water exchanger if both units in the same room. Ridiculous use of time and materials.

You could have probably burned them welds in a little hotter....

Brazing them would have been simple, no need for all the fancy equipment, HVAC technicians braze with silver solder and flow Argon while brazing.

The heat to heat the water that goes to the radiator should come from the bottom not from the top. 🤦😄 If you reverse the entries and you will see that it heats much better😉

You have a welder. Why Glue anything ? Surely the epoxy will not be as resistant to the heat like a weld would be. I think that is a fateful flaw.

Some comments say that they don’t have cold water from well… but tap water will work good too…. But not good in high humidity, but in desert 🌵 you should be able to drop the temperature almost 30* f Go for it

Oh, come on, man! If you make this great tool. Why the heck can't you Finnish it off properly by adding collecting funnal with robust bag attachments? Wood chips are fairly expensive here in the UK so selling bags of wood chips would be a decent teenager's start business adventure

Ozark Trail camp heaters are $50 and much safer than anything you cobble together. Buddy heaters are $70 if you want the name brand. Enclosed, neat, hard to tip, tip sensor that cuts the propane flow... oxygen depletion and CO sensor that shut them off. Just buy one and be safer. You can hook them to a larger propane tank if 4 to 8 hrs of heat is not enough for you.

Klima nie bierze 3000W! Jednostka 3.5kw zużywa około 500w pracując na 16C. Na podtrzymaniu pewnie dużo mniej. Wymień ta prądożerna pompę. Ja mam w podobnej konstrukcji pompę obiegowa do Cwu która zużywa 6W.

This will only work if you live in a dry area. If you live in a place with high humidity, this trick will hardly be effective.
@ThroughAScannerInfrared13 күн бұрын
I believe you'd get more control over flow if you used a gate valve instead of a ball valve. That's what I was always told with hydronic hvac systems at work anyway, ball valves are a simple on/off, gate valves allow you to fine tune flow. Also, on my antique blowtorches I notice the ones with thicker metal on the nozzle tend to work better, i'm guessing because the extra metal can store more heat there. Your design here is very similar to, and superior to, an old lead smelting furnace I have. One really cool idea I saw in another video; using an ultrasonic fogger like one found in a humidifier can be used to vaporize fuel before combustion. Love your videos, can't wait to see what you come up with next.
