It always bothered me that he didn't take the jetpack off one of those Jet Troopers after killing them. Cal should have been able to fly too, not just that traitor Bode. Great edit! At 0:44 is the best part of this video. A lot of work obviously went into creating this, so I won't be nitpicky about how it didn't PERFECTLY align to the beats of the music.

Cal's really going through his Kyle Katarn arc. That touch with the darkside, hoping we'll have more branching stories lines in the next game depending on how hard you lean into that darkness. Or at the very least we see Cal trying to ride that line between light and dark.

Its been months since i finished this game, and yet i still come back to listen to this song, just for the absolute TRAINWRECK of emotion it brings. People can be fuckin scary sometimes with how far they take things, and i dont just mean how a teammate can become an enemy. Incredible story 100/10

All three jedi were desperate to find Tanalorr. Bode to protect his only family, Dagan to establish a school to bring forward a new generation of jedi and Cal to find a safe haven against the Empire for him and his friends. Both Dagan and Bode were willing to go to any length to reach their goal. Unlike them, Cal never reached that point thanks to those close to him and he never was willing to put innocent people in danger. But he's struggling... God I love this story so much

Given how Metroid Prime is my favorite game ever, I couldn't help but feel the similarities between the Zeffo and the Chozo. The ruins of Zeffo were just like the Chozo ruins in Prime. 😮

It would be a good idea for a game, for the main character hunts down Jedi, but over time he gets more and more conflicted until he switches sides

It is videos such as this that remind me of the mod for the games in which the lightsabres are actually capable of entirely rending through someone, as they should; particularly the scenes where a trooper is split straight down the middle in two halves from top to bottom, and when another is slashed through the eyes, removing the cap of his skull. These weapons are horrific, and the depths of their power aren't appreciated by these media. But these edits you make come very close, from condensing the stories of those who wield them and what it truly means to hold one in your hands. I would pay for a horror game or movie from the gruesome perspective of the untrained against a darksider.

Hot take- I think they did bode so dirty, despite all the betrayal and choices he made, a father like bode in that position shouldnt have made the choice he did, she was gonna grow up on tanalor with them either way, a father like bode would have never chosen death over his little girl.

This game was one of the most intense stories of recent memory in the Star Wars lore. Friendship, betrayal, the reasons why. Cal and his crew are some of the best additions in the new canon. Worthy of the old stuff in my opinion.
