Definitely this. 1/100 with shiny charm and 1/300 without.

Very easiest would be the Kitakami, it can be very easy to get a shiny from Scarlet and Violet. Sword and Shield DAs with the charm is 1 in 100, some of the hunts can be very long but it's very worth it in the end. So my preference is DAs and Sword and Shield
