Sir it’s very hard to watch videos on singhkori app . You are an exceptional teacher we want your content but singhkori platform is just not it for us . The video quality is gone the video’s fps are too low overall UI is of the worst and much more we can’t rewind or forward videos smoothly . Watching videos on low quality low fps and not being able to surf through it seamslessly makes online learning very difficult these are the basic needs of online learning . Moreover platforms like Unacademy( now closed for ssc) and carrerwill provide coverage of all subjects in around 2k-3k this app is charging us 2.2k only for maths . Even if we ignore the price for the trust we have in you the quality is compromised to a point it’s just not acceptable . The app keeps crashing when i change the video’s speed too . Im an ios user idk if these issues are for iOS users only but i really want to crack cgl this year and im also just beginning my prep but im so lost on where to go for content as i dont want to waste my time studying from the wrong sources or teachers . Hope this message finds you . I really still look forward to buying your course on this app but please make some technical improvements as soon as possible . I downloaded a video even that just disappeared when i clicked on play . Theres just so many things wrong with this app that i cant buy the course even when i want to .
