I liked Beezel my only issue was that the main couple in the film were shitty actors. Other than that I liked it.

I far preferred 𝘐𝘮𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 to 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘖𝘮𝘦𝘯 as 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘖𝘮𝘦𝘯 ignored established canon from the 1976 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘖𝘮𝘦𝘯, specifically that Damien was born from a jackal (not a human woman); the priest in 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘖𝘮𝘦𝘯 is supposed to be the one played by Patrick Trougjton in 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘖𝘮𝘦𝘯, and the characterization of the role here is very different and inaccurate.

Just watched this. 🤣. This is terrible. The only good thing are Josh Hartnet and Ms. Bliss from Saved by the Bell. 😂. The plot is just stupid. The pop star songs are actually decent but her acting is trash. The daughter is decent tho.

Kainan I can’t thank you enough for the recommendation for You’ll Never Find Me. I just watched it and think I need to rewatch to try and figure out some things that are still up in the air. Not only was it the scariest movie of last year but I genuinely think that was the scariest movie I have ever seen. Up to interpretation but the interpretation is what does it for me. Like I said I need to rewatch because I think some stuff at the end I couldn’t quite figure out or wasn’t paying attention fully. I totally get why you had this at number 1. The last 15 minutes is something for sure. Thanks again!

I loved acting in Longlegs, too! It felt like they really nailed a chilling atmosphere and I adored the vibe. I got this feeling that a detective thriller was unwittingly meeting an unknowable, opaque malevolence dressed instead of the perp they actually hired.

Long time horror fan - I loved this movie! I had no expectations, and was very entertained. I was startled several times. The jump scares were effective, and the atmosphere was creepy! The story wasn’t original but it was told well!

I haven't seen You'll Never Find Me, yet. Thanks for the recommendation. The movie that really creeped me out was Grave Torture. I wasn't scared for most of it, but that last 5 minutes gave me the heebie jeebies. Talk about a gut punch.

Yeah expectations will get you every single time. My advice try to go into movies with low if any expectations at all. Enjoy movies for what they are and now wanting them to be what they aren’t

I was 14 when I saw The Changeling and has stuck with me all these 40 some years later. I was going in for spinal surgery on a Monday so on the Saturday before my surgery, my brother took me and his girlfriend to see it and it scared the 💩 out of me!! It’s just such a classic ghost story.

I liked alot of these but i can't say they scared me. I saw the tv gkiw kect me the most unsettled but thats more existential dread. I added lord of misrule and yiu will never find me to my list.

Hope we will get some good new Horror Movies in the next months. The last scary and good Horror Movie i saw, was 3 years ago. Malignant was the last. After it... Booooooring Movies all along, and i mainly watch horror movies. Most of the movies are not lacking in terms of story or execution, its the casting of the actors that ruins the movies. Today you will not get in a movie if you can act properly, you get the role if you fit the criteria. And the criterias i will not bring down here.

@@Bergarita it was really meant to be more of an allegory. But like most cosmic horror it’s the unknown that’s scary so it’s left up to you to come to your own conclusions. Once you give all the answers the mystery is gone. The fear is gone

Kainan, I saw an obscure horror movie a few years ago that was about a woman and her family in a cabin during a snow storm. In this movie some blonde woman who you find out is a witch/ politician/ movie star (really weird scene of this woman in the woods with a tv that shows the future) goes on a killing spree taking control of the kids (high school age). It is definitely a horror movie and very gory. Somehow the mother and the blonde mystery woman are related or are apart of some group/ coven. I can’t remember what this movie is called. I figured you might know and it goes with the upcoming season.
