Vous devriez préciser que la douille ne peut pas être dévissée si l’on a pas poussé au préalable une petite lamelle métallique qui se trouve au fond de la douille. Pour celà, il faut l’écraser à l’aide d’un petit tournevis. Sinon, le risque est de s’exciter avec une pince, de forcer, de mettre du défripant, de casser le dispositif.

If the cables coming out the side are going to another metal rose or a metal bulb holder, the cable being used should be 3-core so that the metal rose can be earthed. This is not made clear in the video (especially as a metal bulb holder is recommended as an accessory on the product page where this video is embedded. Also shouldn't each wago connector clip only connect to one wire per slot, and not two as seen in the video? Otherwise the wires are not held securely.

Ours came with the bulb socket already assembled, so if you follow the video you'll just be making two bulb sockets on the same lamp. 😅 Also in the package: Screws! Not shown at all in the video, but in the package none the less. I think it's about time you guys update this video. It does not reflect what's in the package and how it works.

This instruction video is leading to suicide.. why are the contact exposed and why is the person touching them ? It suggest that there no danger at all. For people who don't know anything about electricity and don't know they have to turn off the switch first, this instruction could be very dangerous. Please fix this

Doesnt work for Black/copper version. Or our have factory defect. Tubes cant be connected properly since it doesnt have the “dent” on the top tube to Connect Them properly

How do you actually attach the connection box (DER3-1) to the wall? I was very surprised because, in the box itself, there are no drill holes for a stable wall mounting. So everything holds by tension through the cable holders and cables, but on the one hand, this does not make a perfect impression and on the other hand, I ask myself: Why does, for example, the metal junction box (CTBOX) have mounting holes? In addition, I have to say that in my case the M20x1.5 threaded tubes (TERM3ZI) can only be turned about two thread turns into the junction box (DER3-1). It seems that none of the three threads of the connection box is properly cut and from the dimension, it should fit.

Got it to work in the end. Difficult to see inside with everything black. What a horrible design. Invention of the devil. Never had a problem with bayonet holders.

I just came here to tell you, I was planning on buying one of these just now, but when I opened the site THIS f**Ing video started autoplay on full volume, I had to first find the friggin thing before I could turn it off. THIS ISN'T 2008, autoplay videos are shit and should be illegal ^^ Im surely not the first customer you lost that way unfortunatelly, this one is meant as honest advice ;)

C’è qualche trucco per avvitare le viti laterali per ancorare il rosone alla placca di metallo? Noi ci abbiamo provato e riprovato, ma non ci siamo riusciti. Ho provato a usare un piccolo cacciavite per infilare entrambi i fori, per poi avvitare il lato opposto, ma nemmeno cosí ci sono riuscita…

Hi Creative Cables , one very important point missing is that the Centre pin on an ES Lamp holder MUST be the active. This is an Australian Wiring rules requirement. Failure to do this may lead to injury or electrocution. The reason this is a requirement is that if the threaded portion of the lamp is active eg, the light fitting is energized, it is quite easy to touch this when inserting or removing a lamp. People have been killed or injured. Another reason why DIY electrical wiring is illegal in Australia.
