I'm looking at getting a set of red Colorsound for a specific project. The 400 hats sound surprisingly great! If I didn't know they were 400s I would have never known. But I suppose these sound as good as they do because they are both bottom cymbals and the actual bottom is a 5? 8/19 EDIT UPDATE: bought a set of 400 reds on Reverb for $175 + $25 shipping, last night and they are on their way!

Very nice form and control. Love seeing the P-880 shown in videos. What a wonderful, transportable and easy to configure pedal. I wish Pearl would bring it back proppa.

As someone who's been using 2 kicks for around 6 years now 2 things stand out to me. #1, I know his left kick is for show,but why? Was his drum tech just too lazy to tune both kicks? Or was the front of house cry babies? Why the double pedal? And #2, How in the hell did he play with his Hi-Hats so far to the left of his left kick? My Hi-hat pedal is literally right beside my left kick pedal,maybe an inch and a half apart tops. He damn sure made it work though.Slipknot was never the same without Joey, I guess Cory and Clown didn't like sharing attention, and now it's just the Cory & Clown Show. RIP Joey and RIP Slipknot.

Poor Eric's playing his ass off here and sooky Paul Stanley has the drum mix turned way down because he thinks he knows what fans want to hear. We know from the revenge tour the sound Paul can get out of those ENGL heads and we know how lethal Erics kick is with 18x22's over 24x15's

He creates a type of leverage for the heal stroke by using the edge of the heal-plate and the sole of his shoe. This is almost impossible to do without this type of shoe. You can do it but way less efficiently. I managed to raise my heal-plate a little without changing the angle of the pedal and it also made this action a lot easier. But I still want Steve Gadd to release his own sneaker. Gadd Sole
