Glad I could help. There's some things that will take a bit of modification in photoshop in order to make things work, but as long as your alpha patterns are already seemless, this method should work just fine.

Thanks. Honestly I don't see myself giving up. I learned a lot from working on the game and how the process works for submitting it to Steam. I'm hoping the next one does better but honestly I didn't even expect the game to get as much attention as it has so I'm pretty happy with how it went. I mean, I'd love to see creators like CaseOh and Hollow play the game and maybe get more eyes on it but in a world where so many games are coming out, it doesn't seem realistic for my first go. I'm proud of it at least.

I just finished playing the game, and it was great! Kudos to you! However, I encountered a few issues and wanted to share some feedback: The game crashed right after escaping the hospital section. The attic latch was hard to find; I spent quite some time wandering around the house trying to locate it. Audio cuts out when lowering the bridge. Am I supposed to get the achievement "I see you've handled voids before" at the very start of the game? In the soul-like realm, perhaps you could add more atmospheric sounds? The whole game could benefit from extra ambient audio, especially before the outdoor areas, where the music and sound design were superb. A system to show what items you've picked up in the corner would be helpful. An interaction with the locked crypt would be great. Maybe something like, "It's locked. I might need to do something to unlock it." It wasn't immediately clear how to open the crypt. After the cutscene during the boss fight in the church, the screen just went black, and I had to reload. Despite these small issues, I really loved the game! Thanks for the experience, and I hope this feedback helps! :)

Thank you for the report. It seems you've found some issues the testers and I hadn't ever encountered so I'll look into it and see what I can do to resolve that. Also no, the voids achievement is for the void area so I'm not sure why you would have got that achievement at the very start. Do you know the exact moment you got the achievement so I can look into that?

@GoofballMango the mini games would be fun, I think, if they felt a little more fair and easier to understand. There's a lot of promise for a good game here with enough balancing. And maybe a little more instructions on some things.

The game manager should be in its own game object to ensure this method works.

I believe I saw both of their videos some time after I released the game In fact, they had a lot of good information. I just wish I'd seen a lot of the advice well before but then again I would have probably given up because getting word out has not been a simple task and im notoriously bad at self promotion lol.
