Kraus cantaba la Fille con 65 años con esa edad Pavarotti se cagaba encima. Pavarotti sería incapaz de dar un Do como lo hace Kraus en el inicio del video en un simple ensayo.

Todos los sobreagudos de Pavarotti que salen en el video son de joven. Busque I Puritani de Kraus, cualquier grabación en vivo y verá lo que son agudos potentes u bien colocados no gritonee.

El timbre es de Pavarotti, pero la ejecución es de Kraus. A mí personalmente me gusta más Kraus, pero no en esta grabación. Le falta un poco de fuerza en la parte inicial, para que sea más rítmico. En otras grabaciones siendo más joven lo clava. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpyrdGyheKiaepY

Indudablemente Kraus, sin orquesta, como llena el escenario, no le hace falta forzar su voz, su técnica es impecable, es exquisito. Maravilloso.

Ambos son muy buenos en sus estilos, cabe resaltar que, 1. No son el mismo tipo de tenor, 2. La calidad de las grabaciones son diferentes (el video de Pavarotti es de la época de la cacala, y la de Kraus es un poquito más de calidad.)

Pavarotti canta el final de la canaleta "a su manera " y fue un gran tenor ... posiblemente de los mejores...pero lo único q tiene mejor q Kraus y bastante es la belleza de su voz...en todo lo demás un poco por debajo del gran Alfredo.

Pavarotti natural voice, undisciplined and a fool in the score, lazy and boastful. Kraus, an elegant gentleman, studious and disciplined with the technique and style of singing. Pavarotti beautiful voice, just that. In opera it is not only the pretty voice, there is much more to consider.... both recordings in unequal, Pavarotti younger and Kraus much older.

Nothing like them around today, or, likely to be. Kraus is a truly great tenor but, Pavarotti is in a place all by himself in terms of sheer brilliance of sound, clarity and, ease of delivery.
