Put 5 of these in a suitcase and put it in the attic. in 40 years when yer dead and the kids have to come and sort out all your crap they will open the suitcase and find those 5 immaculate sets sell them and buy a few Top of the range Mercedes and a yacht or three.

So incredibly excited for this set. The OG came out before I got back into Lego. City has some real winners coming up - this, the crane, and excavator are all top notch.

Lego cannot decide if monkie kid should go western or eastern. This theme is super expensive and honestly, this new wave is quite bad. 100eyed demon like he gotten a black eye. 9 head demon looks like Medusa. The team uniform is just plain.

Yes monkie kid sets come with paper instructions unless they are changing for new releases which would stop me buying them. Mario elctronic sets are the only ones I know of that do not come with paper instructions.

The control towers are good ive got 4 trains that i shunt in a yard, Mine dont go round and round lots of trains in a shunting yard look good.

I found what looks like a castle set but it has a black horse with the blue vest with yellow lion and I can’t find the exact one anywhere online. Unfortunately there is no book or photo and some bags have been opened and others are still sealed from inside the box! I really wish someone could tell me what set it is 😊

Heavily underrated theme, it had its flaws but at the end of the day with the way the aftermarket is now, they make great factions to build up and expand even if the wave was a little lacking originally

My simple method: disregard the sticker loooks much cleaner

I'm thinking in buying some winter over modular buildings. Modular are more beautiful, but too big and expensive, with full interiors that I will ever see. For a shelf city, I think this model of half build is awesome. I deslike a the christmas theme a bit. It would be more awesome a winter city in normal days. I wish I could buy both

I had the original set from the 90s growing up. Seeing it 30 something years later is sort of cool. They really captured it well.

When I first saw this I thought that knight just reused a lion knight torso but they gave it black legs for some reason, i think i thought it was the queen’s torso at the time. Only realized when I saw it again yesterday that it wasn’t a reuse of a previous torso but a new one
