WTF? Would these writers have you believe that a guy with an M.D. degree can only find a job making 20,000 a year ?. Hell, fast food employees makes that much . Even if the guy is a part time employee somewhere, he can still get a job in the biotechnology field, or a pharmaceutical rep and still make 100,000 a year working part-time. And 70,000 is o.k. but it isn't anything to brag about !

Wait a minute . I am seeing multiple felonies : Extortion , Kidnapping , Unlawful imprisonment , Child Endangerment , Child Abuse . And she only got a criminal record ? She should be sitting in prison for at least 20 years . Even if this story was set in Japan . Japanese Criminal Law is even stricter .

Technically and legally wearing all black to a wedding isn't against the law. Dress codes for weddings are merely guidelines and requests by the bridal couple but are not enforceable by law. If the bride and groom haven't paid for the wedding expenses then they haven't fulfilled their end of the contract and can/will be sued or sent to collections for the full payment regardless if a "prank" was perpetrated at the wedding or not. The venue being owned by a family member will make it much more difficult for Alina to sue for damages because the rest of the family can use the argument that they simply decided to color coordinate as a family and their friends and coworkers simply chose to go along with the outfit color choice to fit in with the rest of the guests. Alina also would not be able to sue the cousin for defamation for the speech and slide show at the wedding because outing the truth about someone's infidelity isn't a crime as long as the information you are imparting is the truth and can be back up with legitimate evidence. Financially it would be in the bride and groom's best interest to simply pay their outstanding wedding bill and let things go. A court would require the contract to be paid in full and the amount the bridal couple could potentially receive in compensation for the "prank" would not amount to a fraction of the wedding's cost. Throw in lawyers fees and the couple could be looking at double the cost of the wedding and legal fees combined. If you add up the amount they owe Bailey in compensation roughly $38,000 (combined) on top of the wedding cost and lawyers fees they would be in a mountain of debt.
