This is a nice bike too. How do you like it compared to the Templar X 250? All things considered

I like the seat a lot more on the BMS, the Templar is a 2x4 compared to it. Since I have modified the CG250 engine it is faster than the Templar X until you get above 65mph or so. The gear box is very vague shifting compared to the Templar X and it's PR250 engine. The BMS has a good sized tank at 3 gallons, the fuel gauge is not that accurate but I go by miles traveled before filling up again so it's not a problem. I have a CB250F(ZS172FMM-6) engine sitting on my work bench waiting to go into the BMS. It's a Chinese air cooled 250cc 4 valve.

I'm needing one two.. trouble deciding which dual sport I'm gonna get. Templar is definitely a strong contender

If you're on a budget, know how to wrench on a motorcycle and are familiar with how carbs work and operate it's a great deal to get your foot in the door for riding dual sport.

This is not correct please do not follow these instructions. Your brake pad should not drag at all . If your brake pad drags then you're going to build heat you do not want heat .

Matt, every motorcycle will have a slight noise with regards to pads and rotors. It's very easy to tell that they are not dragging due to the good amount of free wheel spin. If my pads were actually dragging the wheel wouldn't even make a single rotation.

There is no retraction mechanism in the brake caliper, there is only a way to add pressure

@williamfoster4268 mine is similar mate, it's no big deal, the pads gradually wear away a tiny bit and it spins more freely.
