Did you conceive! I just found you and I’m taking notes!

Ha, I actually made a chlorophyll matcha latte this morning and it smelled like fish. I came to KZbin to see if anyone else has made it and ran into this video. I used goats milk, the same chlorophyll you used, matcha, a scoop of collagen, and manuka honey. I may try the coconut milk next time. The one I made was fine, I’d just have to put a top on my cup so I can’t smell it 😅

Vitamin D, K2 and Magensium is the key, mainly D but those three work together. Endometriosis is an autoimmune condition and autoimmune is kept in check with a good level of vitamin D: www.google.se/search?q=endometriosis+vitamin+D&sca_esv=44471ca805bcf9ed&sxsrf=ADLYWIIalYC0gUIhQ5ABORiweP8IZg-bmg%3A1735672899878&source=hp&ei=Q0R0Z7ayM66OwPAPgrPU6Q0&iflsig=AL9hbdgAAAAAZ3RSU34X0Zgi3k9au-bPc4gxz0g1XP27&ved=0ahUKEwj235C13dKKAxUuBxAIHYIZNd0Q4dUDCBk&uact=5&oq=endometriosis+vitamin+D&gs_lp=Egdnd3Mtd2l6IhdlbmRvbWV0cmlvc2lzIHZpdGFtaW4gRDIIEAAYgAQYywEyCBAAGIAEGMsBMggQABiABBjLATIIEAAYgAQYywEyBhAAGBYYHjIGEAAYFhgeMgYQABgWGB4yBhAAGBYYHjIGEAAYFhgeMgYQABgWGB5IoiVQAFjrI3AAeACQAQCYAVSgAbYLqgECMjO4AQPIAQD4AQGYAhegAqYMwgIKECMYgAQYJxiKBcICCxAAGIAEGLEDGIMBwgIOEC4YgAQYsQMY0QMYxwHCAg4QABiABBixAxiDARiKBcICERAuGIAEGLEDGIMBGMcBGK8BwgILEC4YgAQYsQMYgwHCAgUQABiABMICChAAGIAEGEMYigXCAgUQLhiABMICCBAAGIAEGLEDwgILEC4YgAQYxwEYrwHCAggQLhiABBixA8ICChAAGIAEGAoYywGYAwCSBwQyMi4xoAepnAE&sclient=gws-wiz Then its a question of getting the dose right and thats could be difficult. The yellow pee (often neon yellow) sounds like vitamin B's and is because one pees out the excess.

No. It does not. I've had 1 living child, my endo was worse after. I had the lap surgery it did improve my pain during sex, that went away, and i was able to wear jeans a little more. Then 3 years later we wanted to try to a second baby, i had 2 back to back losses at 26 years old, currently 27 and 32 weeks on my 4th pregnancy. Its been rough and my biggest fear is endo coming back to ruin my life again. Ive also had bowel issues my entire pregnancy and im terrified those wont leave me either after i give birth. Sadly we want a 3rd baby, but idk if my body can take anymore pain or losses

@healthykyla I had to watch a few of you again because there was something I wanted to talk to you about. Thats why I put a save on a few of you. Filipinos are not polynesians. Hawaiians are polynesian. Don't worry I made a mistake of calling them Samoans. I got family in Hawaii and thought the other name for hawaiins was Samoans. Because of the names of family I got also in California I called them by mistake Samoans. I had to apologize to them for that mistake. Next I wanted to bring to your attention that most of these genetic tests only take into account where your DNA matches today. It seems spread around the western coast of Africa. But they never put into question the migration routes leading to be in the areas the are today. Many of them settled in those areas because they were the ones sent out searching for the missing tribal people. That is why your DNA also blips in the East of Africa. Once you research the name of those tribes you can find out when those tribes came to living in those lands. Many were stolen and worked their way out of indentured slavery. Others were sold and put onto skave ships sailing to the Americas. First going into Europe for Her Majesty The Queen to pick from first. Also to verify which Africans were being taken to the Americas. Much of the DNA tests don't go back further than 313 AD. Anything vefore that they start throwing you into haplogroups. Them once you trace them to the east coast of Africa you start finding that some of those tribes actually came from Egypt. First stopping into Sudan vefore fleeing West and South. The wars fought over Evypt coincide with migration patterns. Many of the Ancient Egyptians fled south into Sudan and feared the greeks losing to the Romans. Normally yhe Anxient Egyptians would go back retake their lands. This time they couldn't. The romans pushed forward into Arabia conquering them. That is until the Turks helped the Arabians take back their lands and conquer Northern Africa. Therefore you xant just stop where they stopped and say Im from here. Take Nigeria for instance. Many people classified Nigerian untol they atarted researching and finding out that there was a separate set of people in Nigeria that wasn't from Nigeria. I told them so before they figured that shit out. Theyre from Sudan and ultimately Egypt. Then they went and started saying the DNA in ancient Egypt was european. Listen here, E1B1A was the haplogroup where all other non African people came from. The migration patterns show the E1B1A moving into Northern Africa prior to moving into Eurasia aka Eirope and Asia. That is where the snips start and other haplogroups begin. Their own geneticists tell you this. Then they want to argue with you for bringing it up. The Ancient Egyptians were not caucasian. They were African.

Thank you for being vulnerable here and share what you are currently going through. I’ve just come across your page and I suffer with a condition called ‘adenomyosis’ which is the sister of endo. I have extremely heavy ans painful periods so my gynae put me on a contraceptive pill to help control - I was advised to take this and have my periods only once every 2 months. I’ve been watching your videos for 30 mins now, you’re so clued up and I love that for you. Where can I get your herb guide please as I think I’d like to start steaming. Sending blessings your way 🙏🏽✨
