So...maybe YOU can answer this basic concern: * Will The Voice give Indigenous Australians representation to Federal Parliament in addition to their local Federal Member of Parliament? If the answer to that is "Yes", will non-indigenous Australians then be given an equivalent additional representation to Federal Parliament? If not, then The Voice is very clearly a racist concept, as it actively discriminates against a person based solely on their ethnicity: if implemented, The Voice will give Inidgenous Australian TWO representations to Federal Parliament (The Voice, and their Local Member), where non-Indigenous Australians will have only ONE representation to Federal Parliament (their Local Member). If the answer to my first query (that being the question of granting additional representations to Indigenous Australians) is "No", then I have to wonder exactly what the point of The Voice is, when it will then consume many millions - likely even billions - of taxpayer dollars for no tangible benefit or purpose. I look forward to your response.
