I used a mini skewer to take propeller out, right, the shit had a magnet on it. All clean now, thanks broseph!

Mine does not work and it is very clean inside, i always open the motor like this every two weeks when I clean them. So i checked and it is clean and still does not work… just the light works but the motor does not run at all

Same for me, unfortunately, the motor keeps dying after some time and eventually it starts to work again and then after some time it breaks again. Cleaning didn't helped.

Cleaned it before didn’t think about taking off the face plate though but afterwards got the water coming out like normal, plus I’m pretty sure my cat is enjoying the fresh water now with out the build up thanks for posting

I too was going to buy a pump but I tried your steps and it worked! The water had stopped bubbling up (which my cat prefers) and upon opening the pump I discovered all the gunk that was clogging it up. Cleaned each piece, put it back together, and the water bubbled right up. Thaks so much!

Try using some compressed air to blow out the hidden gunk inside it.

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me,I cleaned it as instructed but still doesn’t work,i assume the problem is in the electronic system (box) The light is working (blue) but the pump is dead 😂🙈

Dear friend, I want to express my gratitude for crafting this video. There's just one additional step: ensure to clean the fin, beneath the magnet, as well as the central hole, to address any buildup. Once done, everything should function smoothly.
