It is not understandable if your competitor is Lightroom and you think you are cheaper, how can it be that both Lightroom and Photoshop cost $10 per month and your software costs $20 per month? What's the point, you're just super expensive and there's no reason in the world anyone would buy your program as long as they're not a sucker or a millionaire. I am a professional event photographer who shoots hundreds of events a year and I see no reason to switch to your software, it's a shame that there are no basic capabilities for one payment and forever and AI capabilities for a separate and additional payment depending on the need and use

Does it support the Loupedeck + keyboard? Because if not then too bad it would have made it even faster. I would also like to know if there is a way not to use AI and thus not pay for every image export? And how much is the price for each image I export if I pay the export fee that you write on the website? Does that mean one photo per? Or a complete export of all the images?

Hey Gavriel, I answered your earlier question about the Loupedeck. We don't have native support currently, but you can set your Loupedeck to hotkey the keyboard shortcuts we have available. Currently, in order to export an image, it costs 5 cents whether you export from manual mode (no AI) or by using an AI style. The price per each export is 5 cents. If you're a high-volume photographer, our monthly unlimited subscriptions will give you the best value. If you don't export a high number of images, then our non-subscription "Pay-As-You-Go" option will be the best option as you're not locked into a subscription.

Currently there is no native support for Loupedeck or any editing console. You can hotkey your Loupedeck to the keyboard shortcuts we have in Polarr Next thought. Thanks for the feedback!

For watermark we still use Lightroom for that ... work on that feature too rest all good .

This software is the BEST, and when I say the best I absolutely mean it, since there's no other program up to this level. Seriously, screw Adobe and screw any other famous overpriced editing software, this is the FUTURE... If only I could afford it I would never stop using it in my life...

I'm trying to see if I can experience the bug you're talking about but our website seems to be working fine on my end. I'd suggest restarting your computer after updating Chrome, and then try sign in again. Let me know if the problem persists, thank you!

Most excellent discussion. I too am not a wedding photographer and my needs are very similar to what was discussed in this session by Margie. I am heavy into "concert photography" and AI for red and blue light handling would be an awesome addition for me. I have noticed more use of LED lights and it is challenging to edit (facial/skin). I am seeing this LED lighting being used in "community events" now as well. When there is red and blue light cast onto a panel of speakers one choice is to go black and white, not always a preferred choice.

Since I shoot weddings, I've edited a lot of images that had those party lights and LEDs and it handled about as much as you'd expect Lightroom to handle it. We currently have no plans to release a desktop program. Although our program uses the framework of the Google Chrome browser, any photos you import in Polarr Next are not uploaded to a server. All the processing happens locally. The only files we deposit in to your project folder is your catalog file and style file. We would like to hear your concerns. Great conversation! A significant concern I've identified revolves around the inherent bias in the developers of AI solutions. Currently, a majority of AI tools exhibit suboptimal performance when it comes to processing images of African skin tones, especially those captured in Africa, and in my use case, South Africa. White balance adjustments and retouching processes often yield inconsistent results for African skin tones. Despite reaching out to various AI software developers such as Retouch4Me, there seems to be a lack of initiative in addressing this issue. While I understand the predominant focus on Europe and other regions, it's crucial to recognise that photography and videography are not exclusive to those areas. We, too, actively contribute to and consume content within the industry, underscoring the necessity for broader inclusivity in AI development.
