If you buy the book, Irish Steaqm by O.S.Nock there are several steam loco's by name which were built for the Big Four and used by Irish railways, these are also modeled by Hornby and Bachmann. :)

There is a separate reed switch for the cab light if you don't want to fit a decoder just for that. If you wave the wand around above the door behind the cab window on the left hand side the cab light will respond 🙂

Glad you confirmed the tension lock couplers are not great. I found them useless. The magnetics seem the way to go.

Two excellent videos. You've great patience for sure. It's a shame MM couldn't make the decoder accessible through the roof like the 121 but still an excellent model and very happy to have it. I bought seven altogether, 141s and 181s but haven't had time to take them out of their boxes yet 🙄😂

It's a Q class No.131 , the RPSI are currently restoring an S class No.171 and are hopefully it will be done this year

Be sure to check if they have the right bogie size rhe white enterprise coaches have wrong bogies on them so just check them to be sure

@@bogiesandbricks yeah all coaches are supposed to have 21 mm bogies just take a look if one is set is wider than the other means wrong bogies were put on in there making

I have like the white enterprise coaches there is like five or 6 with the wrong type bogies they have the UK ones instead of the Irish ones

Be sure to check the bogie size of your mk 2 enterprise my white enterprise coaches are the wrong bogies it's wide issue I think
