Yes. Foreigners can purchase properties here in Fiji. You have 5 years to build. Fiji does NOT want land banking investors who plan to just sit on properties.

Born and raised in Fiji. Some places are but there is some risk . Native has more saying and power over land. Government is corrupted too. My dad's property got sold to someone when we came to California with out he's permission.

Bula Vinaka Nice place great view and obviously close yo all amenities .. As a foreigner im told you cannot let a oroperty in Fiji thou friends of mine actually have a freehold with acreage and they rent in out thou the difference i dont live reside In Fiji at this pount of time . My future unfortunately due to another person is a little bit up in tbe air presently so i will wait and see one way or another and all i can do is wait ....but think this property will have a lot of i foriegn interest . I used to work yerars back in Realestste voluntary for about 4 just learning the ropes and fid a lot of OFI on some of Melbournes very exclusive in tbe Essendon locale . Im just wondering to vive me an idea a ballpark figure on this property ..The growth of this area compared to many woukd be quiet good Iwould imagine . Once i know where I'm heading or what direction it will make my life a lot more secure ..... All yhr best with this property and others Its really a pretty spot and i love Papayas .
