Released one year after the first comercial radio broadcasts, and radio was beginning to be a popular thing! By the way, lovely talking machine. I'd give anything to own one of those.

@@JamesIrwins78s 💗 I have hope. So much lost media has been found over the years, some put together from different sources to complete a scene, or even a full film. There is a group who does only this. It's super interesting. I'm sure you already know all about it. You mentioned something I wanted to add on, it's definitely real surreal to know that these entertainers could not use the front entrance to the venues they proformed at. It's something that upset Dorothy Dandrige so much, and rightly so. The other side of this that is frustrating is removing media because it makes people uncomfortable, being from a different time. There is a Tom and Jerry cartoon that had one of the first (don't quote me on this) ✨credited✨AA voice actor. He did play the stereotype of AA unfortunately, and yes while is does make for a bit of discomfort, taking away his contribution is honestly the bigger tragedy here. I'm obsessed with voice work, and that was so awesome to learn. Sorry for the wall of text... And thank you for sharing this awesome piece of history. 💗
