We generally give progesterone 5mg -10mg once or twice a day for 7-10 days..so after few days of stopping patient gets periods.

Thanks, but answer will remain the same, Forceps can be used during Lscs also to delivery the baby through the uterine incision, used especially in cases of floating head. So obstructed labour is the answer.
