Looks like you have way too much air in the tires. Need to be around 15 psi with those tires. Some nobby mud tires would have helped also

Love the sound of that little diesel. If you haven’t already the S&B air intake is out for it. I installed on my 21 Rubi Diesel and it make the turbo more audible. Also get the Banks Derringer, it’ll put a smile on you for sure.

I got a 21 sarge green rubicon ecodiesel on 37s too. Its so much fun to hit the trails on 37s, i had 33s previously lol. Do you have Banks derringer or pedal monster? The derringer adds so much extra power! Pedal Monster is also nice, making it much less sluggish, and actually peppy.

Just some advice from a jeep club in Arizona of 10 years. Take that far right route going down that hill. The guy that almost tipped over should’ve given it some gas not hit the brakes and stopped you can always Roll down the hill and figure it out from there

It's crazy to see how much different the trail is in one year. I was just there the last weekend of Februrary (2/25/23) and the right side of the trail is no longer passable by a Jeep. Matter of fact, I saw at least 20 sxs's go up it and they all went up the left side. It's completely washed out on the right side now.

Always remember the rocks are your friends (use them to your advantage) drive on top of them when possible. 10 years Jeep club in Phoenix Az.
@toddhoffmaster6057 Жыл бұрын
You are correct except that southern rocks are so different than our AZ rocks. I went out there to BK last April in my JKR and those trails are seriously slippery. I even broke my hardtop when a downed tree root decided to punch a hole through the side on it. I can't wait to go back there again - this time in my LJ as it's a bit narrower than the JK. Hoping to not make the same mistake twice.😄

If you get rid of the All Terrains and get some MT's you'll see such a big difference in what you can do off road. Your tires are so full of mud you have no traction. Thanks for the video, nice to see that this trail isn't too hard. Also, don't be afraid of the skinny pedal, I don't have lockers either, so just a little more power and you can do everything a Jeep with lockers can do.

I just did the 200-1 trail last weekend, not that hard of a trail for those thinking about doing it. My buddy did the trail in a Frontier Pro-4 X that is stock and highway tires, he had no problem at all. I took my 05 WK that is lifted with AT tires, no issues. Great trail for new people getting into trail riding.

Well, James is the one who trail guides. But when you pull up to the trail, you'll see the "jeepslipnslide" hill, if you're looking directly at this hill, the entrance is over to the left! & it is just a big loop, we plan to go to Beasley again in the next few weeks! Definitely a GREAT ride.

I wouldn't worry about keeping them out of the ruts they can drive through the ruts.... I would worry about putting them on a path that reduces body roll so they don't flip over. Don't worry about the ruts. You've got 45° approach angles on all of those vehicles , they're going to be fine.
@DirtySouthOffroading2 жыл бұрын
Our Jeep would've been fine. Stock jeep couldn't make it through these ruts. They were soft with lots of give & very narrow. Driving through the ruts would've caused damage. At the one spot we told stock jeep to ride the rut but they wanted to try the other way. When you're on the trails, you take the best line for your jeep. & can't judge a trail by a video, or base your line of previous trips. The trails always change 😀
