@notcharles in some cases you can... the way this one is plumbed with the output of the well pump coming out of the top, the pump house would still need to be heated... some wells have a pitless adaptor with the well output staying underground and into the basement where a pressure tank would be hooked up where it's warm

All right this is painful to watch. So you chose not to look at any information on why you're supposed to do things how did you think you're going to reinvent the wheel after all these years. The steel belt reinforcement in the tires have a lot to do with how the tire comes off also not having the correct set of spoons and having this bullshit stuff that you have and not having three quality 2 ft spoons and then enough soap makes you look kind of funny man I'm sorry. I see out there not really working you're just kind of making this all cringe but that's okay Brown common on anything so I give you kudos for making me cringe enough to have to actually leave a comment.. so I'm going to tell you my comment you are not a strong powerful man I am 64,260 and it built like a truck and I work very hard at changing tires you are a no position to be changing that tire and those police should be coming over there to arrest you for posing as a tire changer it's difficult to watch you. But I command you my good man can you buy some stupid tire changing tools on Amazon and you did just look at a guy changing a tire 1950 is all you had to do on KZbin and it will show you the moves the way you drop your knees and the way you do it it's magical so it's awesome. I had to look up to see your video number because right now you're really failing on the video thing and everything but you got to start somewhere I believe that all that's you and your family Perry in the future please do proper research so you don't look like a moron because that might have been your plan if it was you totally killed it. We found out with our 16 explorer you need to change the cab filter in glove box almost every oil change. Horrible design cause the filter catches almost all the dust from our road. We ended up trading it off due to transfercase making noises since you can't change the oil on those. But yeah cab filter for rear blower will take care of the dust.

Lots of bad designs in all these expensive vehicles! If designs would get simpler, less modules, and good old fashion window cranks, vehicles would last longer and be a lot more desirable, in my opinion.

I believe what the reasoning for the directional mounting was from back in the days of split rims from when they were running bias ply tires. Those came off on the side of the split ring. Did away with those once radials came around. Lot of old timers confuse dayton/spoke hubs as being split ring wheels, which they are compatible with, but are usually not in this day and age. Split ring wheels can be identified by the "slit" perpendicular to the bead surface. They come off like a giant C clip. Bias tires were a lot stiffer than radials and went on hard. So you needed a disassembleable rim to install them. Once radials got popular they were discontinued for safety reasons. Nice truck If you don't mind buying 80% tires, you can get used truck tires (virgin even) from truck salvage yards for like $150 a piece and those are name brand tires. To get a Dayton to run true, spin it around while its jacked up, put a piece of wood or something next to it, stop it at the high spot and torque that nut down more. Repeat as needed. (see you already got that down lol, commented too soon)
@BeltechLLC4 ай бұрын
That makes sense! I did alot of 16.5 split rims on old trucks and fork lifts, i can see how these look like split rims and may confuse someone.

@sgrams35782 ай бұрын
I made a tool as you describe and had high hopes, my Grouser tracks are more heavy looking than I see in your video, what I made ripped the pipe gripping the track pad, big disappointment, up to that point everything was going great. Looking back I probably should have been more careful and used more smaller movements. I did go back to previous method and let some air out of the tires which did help, later filled them back to pressure. I've saved the rod and pieces to maybe try again next season, not sure. I like the wheeled machine in winter for snow plowing my driveway, just install chains, the tracks slide sideways to easily on snow and ice.
