Yes I am also facing the same problem this is very very pathetic service.. I purchase Tata policy I got a call from Medi buddy they said your test is booked for tomorrow and will share all details on SMS or on email. Then I got a call my slot have been book for tomorrow. But not received any confirmation where to visit which clinic to visit which hospital to visit. I tried calling Medi buddy multiple times on different number but they keep on routing my call to somewhere else number or number is switched off and there is no response. And when I spoke with my Tata agent he said mujhe nahi pata Medi Buddy Main Kaun baithata Hai vahan per So whoever is trying to buy for Tata policy Please be ready to face this consequence.

Too much charges being levied by TATA. Paying 4016 per month since Feb22, till now total paid 116464 and they are showing invested value only 91180 and from this too they deducted arond 23000 and finally invested value is around 67000 only. Finally Out of 116000 only 68000 invested where rest 49000 gone. Its biggest scam going on ..😢😢😢

Thanks for making the process easier, However inside the TataAIA Portal under GST Waiver, Why System does prompt to only allow Payment in Foreign Currency ? With TATA AIA allowing NRE Customers to pay through NRE Account (NEFT mode) using INR. The System should be updated properly

Utter nonsense ..a person logged a term insurance on 1 st March ' 24 and submitted all the requested documents , still not issured and given the reply to the customer that it is reviewing ..now a days undue delay is happening without any valid reasons. Even the manager's enquiry on the pending policies, the concerned authorities not listening listening and in ordinate delay is the result. As such that customer's requested for ULIP investment for the Rising Fund Offer not honoured and given the reply that can invest the ULIP only after the term policy is issued. The concerned authorities must look into this type of issue in a serious manner and proper guidelines may be issued ..with regards ..

Extremely poor service , I faced myself . never use them. It is a loop , your issue will never get resolved. Have policy with this company for 15 years; not sure about returns yet- but this company has some much red tape- like keep asking for documents even after uploading and sending them thousand times- have ploicy for more than 15 years and they still asking for documents. NRI : Beware.
