Yes they were, Engine 1 was coming from a Medical but the were cancelled after the were about to get on scene.

I would not know because i don't live in Canada but i can tell you here in CT there are departments that frequently use it

If you take a look at 1075NJ they did the customization and build of unit four and they put a whelen EQ on it. I dont know the exact siren set up
