I’m half way though and was just messaging that this one looks tougher to paint but you said it’s not 😂 but I would think patience is the key !

Great tips my friend. Fully agree that keeping your first miniatures simple is key. Getting past the point where we are apprehensive about making mistakes encourages us to focus on fundamentals, and to rapidly get to the stage where painting becomes enjoyable. You can always come back to an earlier mini to enhance things!

Good progress! Haha you’re a braver man than me, assembling minis on camera. I’d have dropped a helmet and spent 15 minutes on all fours looking for it in the carpet! 😂

Yes, I am certainly not a painter by any stretch. But I found painting terrain as a good place to start. Simple painting. Then when I started tackling miniatures the transition was a lot easier. and yes please everyone, get a good wash. A good wash will work wonders. Great advice Giggan. Keep em coming!
