why vinyl is peeling on edges on motorcycle? I'm using vinyl on my front defender and before the edge of the defender I cut the vinyl I don't want to cover it all but after a certain time the place I cuted is peeling why this happened?

Hi mr james im amir i have a sicon frs I've been change the brake vacuum pump 4 times and all of them got broke and im thinking thats probably there is another problem somewhere else after installing the brake vacuum pump its get so hot when im touching it and it brakes after i hope you can help me with that thanks🙏

How much (FT) vynal wrap would you consider buying to wrap an electra glide ultra classic considering possible errors?

I’d probably say 30-40 feet just so you have a few practice runs on the fenders.

hey brother, I just brought this car from the dealer ship here in texas and love it. I did want to know if you had the order contact information as im looking to purchase the hood he had on the car in this video as well as ask him a question about the ECU and TCU and downpipes to see if he changed them so i do not go and order things I dont need. hopefully you can help. We used the brand cheetah wrap. So we purchased 2 full rolls as it only comes in 2 different sizes

I have this exact float but my seats detach. I cannot figure out how to make them stay on. It ended up being unusable bc the seats would slide out from underneath everyone on the float.

Looks amazing! I'd like to know if you used 3m primer? I'm getting ready to do the same job minus the consoles. The boat is sanded with 180grit currently. Any advice?

We did not use any primer. Go ALLL the way up to at least 800 grit. I prefer 1000 grit.

Almost all vehicles regardless of size we order a full roll (75 feet). And then if you do the 2 tone style, I would order another 25 feet of the different color.

Is it possible to wrap the plastic cladding on the trim of the fenders and sides? Like how some vehicles paint match them with the rest of the body or vinyl won't stick to that kind of material?

Unfortunately no. Vinyl doesn’t like to stick to most things with a texture, especially plastic. Even smooth plastic like eBay front lips we don’t wrap unless they have been primered and sanded down to 2000 grit.

Why do you wrap cars? I had no idea of this so I am curious the reason ? Because you don’t like the color?

There’s a list of reason but as far as my customers go the top 3 are 1- you can get colors / finishes you can’t get with paint or it would cost a small fortune to do. 2- protect their paint while changing up the color 3- Their vehicles paint is not doing so good and they want to cover it up

Thanks for the video! I’m actually doing a cruiser today and will be one piecing the parts you just did on this video. I was going to 2 piece the fenders and the 3 piece the front end of the bike but your way looks a lot better then having seems show! What was the tape you said you used to tack down the edges for the front of the bike?

That’s awesome! Edge seal tape. Or laminate strips. It definitely helps hold down those edges!

You make that look so easy. I tried wrapping my fender yesterday and wasted about 5ft of the vinyl. I gave up after 20 minutes 😩

I appreciate the kind words. You got this! Just practice, practice, and some more practice lol. For hard things to wrap I do a test run almost every time before actually wrapping it to give me a feel for the piece.

Customers choice always. We give them the options of no badges, put them back on, or black out for every wrap we do.
