This has a very lux feel to it. I LOVE the little pendant light & table idea. If you had kids or a pool, getting rid of the extra shower might have been a harder decision but it is a perfect powder room now!

The kitchen turned out fantastic. I see why it took so long to post the post remodel vid. I do remember you saying somewhere in time, about getting rid of the side door etc. Turned out brilliant! We have an area that has an upper cabinet & free standing credenza style cabinet below it. That wall screams for actual floor to ceiling cabinets & I love the glass fronts! That would be a great time to rid ourselves of the chicken wallpaper a prior owner chose. lol Your range top is like one I had in my last California house, I love those! One of the center pieces flipped to become a griddle. I think many of us would choose the micro as well.

EXCUSE ME... Your hubby is HOT! I love your kitchen its beautiful it looks so much larger and spaciest now. The draw handles really pull everything together, I was questioning the brown floorboards but now I know why you kept them. The new door goes with the shape of your cupboards, EVERYTHING works so well. Thank you so much for sharing your renovation journey with us. xx
