Something Strange With Some Municipalities in Africa, They construct or Build Something Beautiful , And then they WATCH it FALL Apart !! WHY ?? Lack of Maintenance ,It Shows the PEOPLE Running the City are Clueless ABOUT Running a Vibrant Clean and Well Maintained City, Botswana Builds Modern ROADS, and YET You Watch them FALL APART , Where are MEDIAN Grass Cutters ?? Keep the MEDIAN and SIDE WALKS FREE of WEEDS and Shrubs .And Please ROAD MARKINGS are Very Important. It is Embarrassing TOTA, Otherwise BOTSWANA you are on the RIGHT TRACK .
