The 3rd point is a joke because that is a complex mini monolog that only myself Diane Keaton and maybe a handful of people would take to memorize. The 2nd point is just saying we all think the world revolves around us and that it's both natural and annoying that we are self centered. The first one I am not sure what he means but I see it as meaning you are not the wave in the ocean but rather the ocean in the wave and therefore there is object truth in the subjective because everything is connected.
