@BC Live Productions, How do I get the sound out when I play a video from a webpage in the buffer?
@Bcliveproductions5 ай бұрын
The audio gets embedded in the "Apps" input in your audio mixer.

Good video, I use the Streamdeck companion to trigger macros cause TC2 is too long

You forgot to mention that LiveU also offers Video Return providing a feed back to the field transmitter from the Studio, Teleprompter or just video confidence with sub second delay.

Great point - this is a super helpful feature for two-way conversations from field to studio.

Very informative video, I was wondering how to setup multiple transition using TC1 Thank you .
@MrCoachcaines Жыл бұрын
Does the Tc1 have the same capability?

We are using vmix call and love it for the advanced audio routing it provides, especially if compared to consumer solutions like zoom. And if you ever tried to do 2 language hybrid event with interpretation on site - you would understand why we dumped zoom :)

Alex! Been a very long time! Thanks for the break down. We're currently using Skype with NDI and it's been okay. Y'all selling Stream Trays?

after you play the transition (A to B), will the transition reverse itself for B to A?

Where does it export to? And how do I pull that into my Tricaster? When I try to load it in I can only find the thumbnail PNG file.

So are you saying that you were dropping connection in 300 ft range if within a concrete building?
@Bcliveproductions4 жыл бұрын
HA! Thick concrete walls are NOT your friend when it comes to transmitting wireless video in real-time. Once we put three thick concrete walls between the transmitter & receiver, the signal would begin degrading significantly, and eventually drop - which is why we used multiple receivers. Luckily, Teradek now has the Bolt 10K to increase that range a bit. However, if you're worried about transmitting through thick obstacles or great distances, I would consider transmitting over IP or cellular instead. This will add more latency, but make for a more rock solid connection. (Assuming you have WIFI access points or good cell in the area).

what do you export the file as ?

Of course this is a BEST CASE scenario for a "link test". No DFS channel compliant issues, no crowded/competing RF environment. No RF reflections or RF absorption to contend with. This scenario will always shine with panel/patch antennas. 100 meters between floors would not be possible unless the TX and RX antennas were out the windows. Remember this is 5GHZ with limited power. This is basically the same as using a enterprise AP. Even that won't work 100 meters through multiple floors.
@johnjankovic5 жыл бұрын
Very impressive. However, it looks as though this is a line of sight test. How will this do with obstructions? In particular, I would like to film on one floor of a building and send the signal to another floor above or below within 100 meters. If that is possible then you really have a great system worth considering.
@Bcliveproductions5 жыл бұрын
Of course, J J! This was a line of sight range test. We also own the Teradek 2K, 3K, 10K units, so we understand that obstructions will always decrease wireless range. The type of obstruction will determine how much it affects it, which is why we chose not to shoot this. For example, a cement wall will reduce more range than a drywall would. Typically, 2000' is WAY farther than we need to go, so despite obstructions shaving off a few hundred feet, you're still able to go through walls, people, or bodies of water and get 1,000+ ft. If not, we add a repeater AKA a second RX unit to extend our wireless footprint.

Nice, nice, very nice. However you can make it yourself. Just google woodprix and learn how to do it easily.
@dizzywillow21626 жыл бұрын
these look great once assembled. however, they are very flimsy, the panels are not even a quarter inch thick and the cuts and grooves are hardly precision. I did a lot of re-enforcing of these panels as I doubt they would stand up to the elements for much more than a year if not re-enforced. The price of the panels is less than half of the total cost of the fence considering the 4x4 posts, cement, hardware, stain, and sealer.
